Excellent staff, had very peaceful stay!!!
The room we had included a safe box, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. Liked the comfortable decor! The location was particularly good, in the Port of Naples district and close to a subway station...

The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious with pastries and food and drinks. The setting is particularly good and magnificent, near then take the promanada to the castle from Isolotto di Megaride, restaurants and cafes and the port and the airport bus stop, excellent area. There is Pasticceria Poppella nearby for a cup of coffee. Would love to come back!

Convenient central location near a medieval fortress and a nearby port made this place extremely accessible.

Accommodation is very good and conform-table, and good location
We were not satisfied with the breakfast. There were no eggs, no milk, no tea, just one type of brad, when we talk about bacon it's all but no bacon. There is just one type of cheese, and there were no other kind of salty food. When you arrive at the hotel they kindly ask you what would you like to have for breakfast and in what time but in the morning there is not the breakfast you asked and they complain about the time you arrived.

Unbeatable location, just walking distance from everywhere. Very good service overall and parking outside the building.
Not so nice area.

The staff were friendly and ready to help with any request. Its 5 minutes walk from the port for the ferrys to the islands.
Its a back street. Not enough signs at the entry to the building. The hot water pressure is very weak.

staff is very friendly and kind. hotel location is perfect near sea, bus stop, nuvo castle, etc. room is very clean. anytime mineral water can be provided or free to pick up.
not recommed for a family with baby as it is needed to bring baby buggy, elevotor is available though(elevotor is available to 3F, but still there is stairs). a bit difficult to find this hotel as this hotel is located a building which has some offices, etc. water pressure is very weak.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful
Quite difficult to locate - make sure you know the street number as there is only a tiny sign, amongst several others, on the door. The hotel continues to undergo renovations for new rooms so can be noisy from early morning. We had booked for a quadruple room and were upgraded to the 'jacuzzi suite' which had a loft bedroom and bathroom however, this room was not fully complete with several exposed wires for lighting and yet to be installed bathroom downstairs. Despite very modern design, room was not really functional (nowhere to hang towels; no side tables and far too many lights) and wi fi is only available in the small reception/breakfast area.

Nice big tv, modern furnishing
Rooms not soundproofed, staff extremely loud to the point were I felt bad telling them to be quiet!! I also did not feel safe in the area and the whole building was under construction, which we were not notified about

The room was very nicely decorated, quite new and comfortable. The internet was available for free. The staff was extremely helpful and nice to me.
It is not very easy to find the hotel. It occupies some floors in an appartment. Do not expect a regula hotel entrance on ground floor. But once you find, there is no problem.
